T-Town Sound Enhanced Listing Band and Musician Packages
There are 3 ways on T-Town Sound to promote bands and musicians.
Toledo Music Calendar:
We list all the shows and gigs for local Toledo area musicians and bands that we know of. If you’re not listed yet, it’s just because we didn’t know about you. Use our Contact Form and let us know where we can find your gigs (MySpace or web site), and we’ll put you on our “weekly check list” for gigs to add to the calendar on a regular basis. It’s important that your band gets their gigs listed on the calendar, because this is how people find out where you are playing. We get hundreds and hundreds of people every day coming from google and Yahoo searching for all the bar (and band) names in town to find out who’s playing where.
Toledo Bands Page:
List your Toledo area band on this page for free, including description of what you play, a small picture (if you have one), and links to your MySpace and / or web site. All we ask for this free service is that you use these directions to link back to us. You want your band to be listed on this page as well, fans will look at local area bands - but more importantly bars can use this page to find new bands they can book!
T-Town Sound Band Profile:
The T-Town Sound Band Profile pages are where we put in depth information about your band, like members, bios, pics, videos, and a running list of all the things we’ve ever posted about them. Bars and fans can get great information about your band here, and we will link your MySpace and / or web site on your band profile as well. This is a service we used to charge $69 per year for, and it’s now free for all bands. The only requirement is that you’re already listed on the Toledo Bands page and linking back to us.

Why do we do this?
There’s no local listing service like T-Town Sound for bands in the Toledo, Ohio area and the local music scene. Both Bandzoogle and Band Vista are either $15 or $20 per month. You would pay three to four times as much with every single one of these services. The only thing they offer that we hadn’t mentioned was your own band domain name (www.myband.com instead of myband.toledo-bands.com). For a small setup fee, if you purchase your own domain name - we can do that too!
T-Town Sound Enhanced Listing for Bars, Pubs, Clubs, and Events
If you are the owner, manager, or event coordinator for a Toledo area (Northwestern Ohio, Southeastern Michigan) Bar, Pub, Club, or event you should be talking to us. Your main goal is to get more patrons into your bar - and our main goal is to get more people out to entertainment in Toledo. Could there be a better match? The problems with most bars is that they don’t know what to do online besides a (not-updated-often-enough) MySpace profile and a simple web site. The Bar owner often assigns a younger staff member to manage the MySpace profile, which is “cool” for awhile, but then gets old and stale. What Sets T-Town Sound Apart From the Rest
Those other “band builder” web sites are big companies with no employees in this area who are just looking to make money in the band web hosting business. Not only could they not give a crap about whether your band succeeds or not - they most certainly don’t give 2 craps about the Toledo Music Scene. Both T-Town Sound and Toledo-Bands.com are run by someone FROM Toledo who has played in band IN Toledo, in the Toledo Music Scene. T-Town Sound was built to provide one central location and one central calendar for local live music in the area. You can’t find a listing of local bars or bands on any other web site. Because we list all the shows, and bars, and bands - you also won’t find any other web site that comes up for as many local bar and band names as ours. Can the big band builder web sites come to your show and have a beer with you? Can they take your band picture for your profile page or get audio or video clips from your live show if you need them?
