The Toledo Band Video of the Week comes to us from the Naploeon, Ohio based band “Acoustic Shoes”. The band consists of one guitar, one piano, and one female vocalist. They play a very wide range of songs from the 60’s to acoustic versions of today’s modern rock. Check out their video below, and their MySpace Profile!
The Toledo Band video of the week for October 10, 2008 is “Gin Bunny” playing the classic Mama Kin. Gin bunny is a 4 member cover band playing classic, 80’s, alternative, and new rock. Their band is named after their mascot, a bad-ass bent eared rabbit with a penchant for fermented juniper berries, loud music, and sexy ladies! Good job guys - here’s the Gin Bunny salute ^..^
The Toledo Band Video of the Week for October 3, 2008 is “Running with Scissors”. These local boys know how to party, and if you haven’t dropped by one of their shows - you may not know that once you enter the “ScissorZone” you may not want to leave until last call!

Toledo Band Video of the Week: “My Time to Live” by Chris Shutters Band
This weeks video of the week is Sylvania, OH native Chris Shutters of the Chris Shutters Band (CSB)! They are proud winners of the Toledo Battle of the Bands this past week, and deservedly so. You’ll see in the video below that Chris is a talented singer, songwriter, and guitar player. His sound is professional and polished; it reminds me of John Mayer, as well as Kenny Wayne Shephard or maybe Johnny Lang.
This weeks Toledo Band Video for the week of Sept 11, 2008 is “56 Daze” playing “Don’t Stop Believin’”! Since 2002 56 Daze has been rocking the local bars, pubs, clubs, events, weddings, and more with their brand of 80’s, classic, and modern rock covers! I’ve seen this band live many times, and they put on an excellent show each and every time!
This Week’s Toledo Band Video of the Week for Sept 5th, 2008 is Toledo’s own Josh Boyd! Here’s Josh at his performance this past year at the Hard Rock Cafe in Detroit!
What can I say about Josh and his VIP band that hasn’t already been said? He’s a great blues artist, awesome guitar player, good showman, his band is tight - and if you know he’s playing near you, you own it to yourself to go and see his show!
This week’s Toledo band is actually from Columbus! We’re featuring “Moving to Boise” because they only come to town a few times per year. This Friday night, Aug 29th, 2008 Moving to Boise will be playing at The Distillery on Heatherdowns! This is a show you don’t want to miss - T-Town Sound will be there taking pictures and a little bit of video, don’t be late!
